stylishiddenllc @chefdec hello, yes, I understood you correctly. I thought you offered less in both to technically cover the shipping? Less the amount in both bracelets. On Posh, the buyer covers the shipping. There was not an option to minus the shipping unless I sent an offer individually on both items to everyone that ever like the item. You would of actually paid more per piece if I did that. Does that make sense?

lovered21 Any movement? You can just send a refund if you’re unable to send the item. I really expected this to be handled or at the least, some communication. Especially since this was an error on your part (I know these things happen!). I paid for an item that I didn’t receive. Please make this right.

stylishiddenllc @lovered21 hello, I click on sent the wrong item so Posh was aware of this. I think what happened is when you received the wrong item, you also didn’t click on wrong item or not as described and after 3 days it automatically accepted the item(because nothing was clicked). I got your item back from the wrong person, but there was no way of pulling your address or printing an additional label. Have you reached out to posh? There isn’t a way to resend anything anymore..
