kitsao @dottystevens They came today. Thank you SO MUCH! Here's a question/issue: based on replacement pair, I DON'T think original were damaged/missing a pearl to begin with!😳 I am SO SORRY!However, when the replacement pair arrived, I can see that there isn't a pearl missing, it's merely a bare spot in the string tying the strand to the bar! I will return ORIGINAL pair 2 you so you can see it. I deeply appreciate your commitment to customer service!

lee_7921 Just want to say thank you for defending me earlier to that “posher....I’m new and I was making offers to her and she lied too. I liked about 50 of her items and was going to make a large purchase that’s why you have an offer button. All this tragedy and ppl do this to others. Cried for hours so thx again
