roxysmom25 I am totally perplexed at the 2 star rating I received You received a brand new with tags PERFECT Vera Bradley bag . It was shipped fast and you did this ????? What is the problem with it ? Did you just not like it or are you having buyer remorse ? If that's the case please return it for a refund, I pride myself with selling things perfectly described as I had a perfect 5 star rating till today 😢
