@miwilyn I’ve been trying to reach you. It’s been way too long for you to not pick up the packages from your post office you requested to have them sent to. That was a big bundle & is taking way to long for me to have my money sent to me.

@_olives24 I was out of town Friday-Monday. The package would've only arrived on Friday at the earliest. We had our mail held to be delivered today. I'm not just "not picking up my packages at the post office". It was marked as delivered a couple hors ago, but it's not here. I'm working with Poshmark customer service (since you opened a claim) and USPS to find it. I'm just seeing your recent messages. Sorry if I'm not always on Poshmark and sometimes out of cell phone range.

@_olives24 Yes. I'm waiting a bit to see if the mail carrier comes back. Otherwise, I have to go back to USPS and see about a claim. Though their website says the sender has to file the claim.

@_olives24 Update: USPS changed delivery status from delivered to Alert that they couldn't read the address. I've filed redelivery request with USPS. Earliest possible option I could choose was tomorrow since the package may already be on a truck. Fingers crossed they magically deliver today.

@_olives24 Since I couldn't accept the order yet I put in that it was only partial and I was waiting for you to receive the other package and resend. Customer service processed it as an approval for return and a refund. They sent me a shipping label. I responded saying I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to complete the order. No response yet so we'll see how that goes.

@miwilyn I’m not really sure either. This has never happened to me. I think I can just request a new shipping label. But I haven’t received the package yet

@_olives24 Let's just wait and see what happens. You should be getting the package early this coming week. It looks like they won't process it as a return until you confirm I sent everything back. So we can hopefully still get this to work. Sorry it's been such a hassle.

@miwilyn yes it did. Apparently the problem was using the shipping label for two packages which is odd because I always do that. I’m planning on shipping tomorrow
