pinkhummingbird Hi, I just sold the glass necklace to you. I was wondering why the package was not being scanned or tracked by the post office since I mailed it earlier today. The only thing I can think of is that I might have used the flat rate box instead. I am so so sorry about this and I will go back to the post office to try to get it back.

teatreerose @pinkhummingbird I dont know what the difference is ( flat rate vs what rate ) ? It shows its pending UPS scan. I think its only a matter of time when UPS picks it up they will scan it. Some times they are just slow. Did you get a receipt? Hope so just in case. I always get a receipt when i mail items. Very kind of you to look out for it. I appreacte that. I think it will be fine. :)

pinkhummingbird I am new to Poshmark and just learned that I was not supposed to use the flat rate boxes from the post office. Both priority boxes look identical but the one has flat printed on is not for Poshmark labels. I didn't even look at the time when I picked up the box. Thank you for your patience and understanding, I am going to try to sort this out tomorrow. ♥️♥️♥️

teatreerose @pinkhummingbird So what will happen because of a flat rate box? I actually use flat rate boxes and have never known a difference. What box are you suposed to use? Im curious lol. Lady at post office here suggested flat rate to me. I dont know the difference.

teatreerose @pinkhummingbird Ok i read up on it. Posh changed rules and expanded their range of permitted USPS boxes so its ok to use flat rate boxes as of 3 months ago from what the article states. I would share the link but this is posh lol not text. But ya its saying that its ok. Same as priority and regional now.

pinkhummingbird Thanks for the info. I was told not to use the flat rate at our local post office this evening but I was sending out a pair of shoes. I am hoping the small box I sent to you will get a go from them? I am going to try to find out tomorrow. My apologies if there is a delay in the future. Many thanks!!
