luvyorlook Hi I believe you received the wrong package you received the box that had the person it and you were supposed to receive the Hilfiger jacket and the woman who bought the jacket is very upset because she wanted the purse so I would suggest that you contact posh so you can work it out... please do not assume you were given free purse because I know it was delivered to you I just got the labels mixed up inadversrtly... please contact posh

mschens @luvyorlook once I get home, I'll check to see if it arrived today. As of yesterday I hadn't revived it. I did receive an item last week that I didn't order. I'm not sure what to do with it. Should I call Posh?

mschens @luvyorlook ...ok, I received a jack that I didn't order. I ordered a purse. How do I return the jacket and get the purse or a refund? It seems I was charged for the purse as I should have been since that's what I ordered. ... this is all very new to me . I just started using Jane and the purse was one of my first purchases.

luvyorlook I am not quite sure....I think we all contact posh- because for 2 to send to each other is the only way- which an obvious real inconveince which I take the blame for..Boxes are in one room printer in another- items in yet another.iguess thats the way the poshwill probably charge me..then theyll redeposit it in your “ posh account..Which you transfer to your bank or you use back on her,which alot of us do

luvyorlook Hi... just sent "" contact posh support" left them a simple message - left each of your names and them items each received... Usually they respond to your emails with in the day. I truly apologize about this.. An annoying accident on my behalf.. let me know if & when you " hear" it will sent to your " registered " email" not here Nov 14

luvyorlook As I said - I think you guys have to contact posh so the labels can be reprinted and they'll probably just deduct it from account since it was my error than.. I did email Posh yesterday .. if we all email them -At Posh , it will get taken care faster

luvyorlook Well I sent you her posh address I guess you two need to communicate.. I can't BELIEVE posh hasn't stepped in.. Did you email them? I did twice WE ALL NEED TO SO they can advise.. the only other choice is to pay for the send and I guess I reimburse you 2 for the cost
