eddiesmith307 Mary, Eddie Smith here. I purchased your Calvin Klein bag for my wife. I am almost certain that the description as well as the photos in the Poshmark ad stated that the bag included a shoulder strap which was not included in my parcel. Please advise as to what occurred in shipment. Thanks for your attention.

marypowell53 @eddiesmith307 it did not include in the description that there was a detachable strap. It showed that it was a tote. It did not have a strap when I purchased it. Go back and read my description and you will see that it did not include a strap. If you are not satisfied with the purse please return it and I will refund your money including shipping. Please let me know where I can refund your money. I’m sorry you were not happy with it so please let me make it right.

eddiesmith307 @marypowell53 She is not at all unhappy with it. It my first purchase attempting to please my wife which is sometime so simple and other times impossible. The purse is lovely on her arm and perfect for her. My memory was just mistaken, please forgive me for my poor memory. I won’t bother you again.

marypowell53 @eddiesmith307 Eddie I told you to go back and read the info on the purse. Nowhere does it say anything about a detachable strap but when you rated this again, you still stated the listing said it did. I’m done!!
