@aubrey25 yes! I’ve been tracking it daily, it’s in distribution center in Florida as of 9am. It was shipped the day before thanksgiving and then with Black Friday weekend I think it got delayed by post office! I’m glad you messaged me, I was going to message you.

I’ve been tracking my order, and it doesn’t appear to have moved from the USPS processing center in Columbia SC since 12/2. Should I assume it’s lost?
Can anything be done to chase it down? Was hoping to send it off to my grandson (2) for Christmas. Thank you!

@dmuliyil hey! I’m so glad you contacted me, I called usps today and have been following tracking since it has not updated since the 6th! They recommended contacting your local post office to see if they can locate it. I’m upset by this as it’s a really adorable backpack that any child would adore! I keep hoping it will update and be tracking appropriately. Do you mind going to your local post office tomorrow to see if they can find it? It’s in a square flat brown Amazon box.

Yeah, sure. That Dec. 6 update is puzzling in that they acknowledge it’s delayed. I’ll let you know what they say. Thanks for diligently shipping it off and keeping an eye on it!

@crewmary no update on your shipment, but I wanted to tell you that there was another order from Ohio that I’ve been waiting for since the 3rd, and the tracking information (also USPS) is almost identical...arrived at local dist. Center, will be late but not to worry is on the way...blah blah... I’m guessing this is a seasonal thing across the board - and given the circumstances I will just wait this one out a little longer. Sorry, I’m a bit reluctant to visit the PO right now. Too crowded.
