msl5 Hi. I just saw that you gave me a terrible rating for the autumn cashmere Sweater. I said in the listing that there was a hole and would price accordingly which I did. This bad feedback really hurts my rating as a seller. I would truly appreciate it if you could change it. What can I do? Can I give you a similar discount on a perfect one? Please let me know

colostate @msl5 I will more than gladly revise the rating, provided you take back this piece. It is unfortunate that we're unable to privately rectify issues before rating. For that I am sorry. The description you gave was at best misleading. The hole that needs repair is on the front of the sweater - nowhere near the arm insertion point. It's in an area that any sort of repair would be highly visible rendering this piece useless and unacceptable
