katepaulsen428 Hi! I just received your rating and I am so sorry that you haven't gotten the Lulu crops yet! I checked the tracking information and it shows that they were delivered "in or at mailbox" on January 16, 2018. I have contacted Poshmark support to see what the next steps are. I will keep you updated when I get a response!

katepaulsen428 I am truly sorry; my receipt from USPS shows that they I dropped them off to USPS at 8:44 am on Friday, 01.12.2018 so I am not sure what the problem could be! If they show up soon, please let me know! Thanks!

PM followed up with me regarding the rating and said that in order to change the rating, you have to go to the purchase under "my purchases" and you are then able to change the rating.
