Getting a sale is all bout right place right time. So just try to post a few times through out the day so your items stay fresh when people search for items. Also make sure your describing your items very detailed from brands to everything. Cause that search engine does wonders. Just ask yourself what do you type if you were searching

slickcat Hi Mary! Thanks for your interest. The dress has two layers of light breathable 100% cotton. The beige layer hangs at 44 inches and the white layer underneath hangs at 54 inches. The pit to pit measures 21 inches. I’m not familiar with the term “empire waist”, but the regular waist measures 21 inches and the hip at 23 inches. It’s very summery, new with tags on. I purchased it on the Bay in Miami but never wore it. Hope that helps.

It originated in late 18th century France and consisted of a fitted bodice ending right under the bust and a gathered waist falling in loose folds just skimming the body. patramirez Hello. I received the beautiful locket and I loved the note and wrapping. Could there be a problem with the closing of the locket. It’s very loose and opens without even trying to open. It snaps close but not tight

I had that same issue when I wore it & used pliers to carefully bend the area where it catches in a bit. You might try adding something inside the catch to make it tighter. morganopolis @mpa28 I haven't found the magic wand of Posh sales. Sales seem to happen in fits and starts. I have some amazing stuff at fair prices that languishes. PM says to list on FB, twitter, etc.. I haven't tried any of that because I don't want to crowd my real life feeds for both of those but if its worth it, I suppose I'll try

mpa28 @morganopolis Fits & starts exactly! I think part of the issue is the demographic. Tho there is no info, I would say it skews young 18-35. Very brand driven. I've gotten gorgeous jackets & leather bags for a song because the brand is no longer known. I've sold on eBay before & may try again for some items. Your Jeffrey Campbell shoes for instance. It's a pain because you have to weigh & determine shipping but for some things probably worth it.

mpa28 @morganopolis One other thing that seems to work is creating bundle deals. For instance, a bunch of under $20 items aren't selling - identify them as 3 for $15, 5 for $25 etc. That appears to work. PS: I lived in Kirkland for 12 years, moved to TX 4 years ago. Loved everything about Seattle except the grayness!

bin_shopping @mpa28 thanks for taking the time to explain. I also find when Posh Ambassadors with thousands of followers that share my closet i suddenly see sales! I can have over 600 items in my closet if i wasnt so lazy! I also hate that Poshmark keeps sold items in your closet. Makes it messy i feel. Then you need to keep pushing them to bottom to keep shoppers from going through sold items to get to items for sale

classyreruns @mpa28 Hmmm. Being reared in a home with little income, I am a bargain shopper. Your observation is also my experience. I cannot even fathom the prices some items bring! I appreciate lower prices but am not thrilled with lowball offers on an item I have priced to sell. Keep on!! 😊
