I realized last night, that my employee from my store sent you the ring that I was returning to Pandora for a missing CZ stone in the feather design. It was an honest mistake. When you receive the ring and package I am happy to exchange it for a ring, default free! This is not uncommon with pandora. But I wanted to be honest and up front about the mix up. Thank you.
