treasures_83 Hi! I;m so thankful for your order, but as I was packing it, i noticed an issue with it! It's a tiny stain on the sleeve that is purple. We can cancel the order, or preferably, I'd like to send you 2 items free with the shirt! The shirt is still a beautiful piece and I hope this doesn't scare you away from wanting it all together. As I said before, it's barely there and not noticeable.

closetjungle @mclnd3579 hello Mary, I am so Sorry but I sent you the wrong item. I sold 2 coats in the same day and must have transferred the wrong labels . I believe you received a blue pea coat. This has never happened before so I am not exactly sure what to do but the other customer who made me aware of this said she is getting a return label. If you could make a claim and do the same I would greatly appreciate it, once I get the 2 back I will send to you the right one at my expense.

itzallgoodw Mary I would like to apologize for your displeasure with the jacket. I did not alter the jacket and I was not aware the jacket was altered. All of my items are used if not listed as new. As a result it is not unusual to find items with stains, tears, shrinkage etc. I try to post all that I know and can recall about my items.
