flr123 Hello, I am sorry that the Lafayette sweater had a stain. I looked over each item carefully before sending. I wouldn't wash the sweater. You can send it to the cleaners or treat it with Dawn dish liquid and water on a cloth. This usually works for me. Again, I am really sorry about that.

freshcoastsales Hi there, I did correctly package your item AND shipped it the next day from ordering with the correct postage. Because it is marked “delivered” I can no longer contact the post office to track down your package. I will take this up with Poshmark, but I need you to message them as well. I have zero control over the post office losing your package but I will do everything I can to find out what happened.

freshcoastsales I have contacted Poshmark to get you a refund. Sometimes the post office gets confused with Poshmark postage, I really can’t explain why. But when it comes back to me I will resend it out and get you a refund for it taking so long.

I do not know whatever happened with the postage, whether they corrected it or not, but no big deal. So doNot ask for a refund, in fact now I am wishing I could change my review and give you five stars!
