mbesh24 @paolaleslie21 hi!! no I have no idea why the package is coming back this way unless it was unable to be delivered to the address. but that usually doesn't happen. I'm gonna call usps and find out why it re routed. is the address correct?

mbesh24 @paolaleslie21 I didn't get very far with USPS. they only told me that it is in route and I'd have to wait until it reaches destination before sending back or filing a claim...I don't understand why it was returned without any request but I will see if it arrives at my house and what I can do from there
