marymcdonald99 Hi Chris, I contacted Poshmark on 7-8-19 and told them due to the delay In authentication and delivery I was cancelling my order. The purse was verified on the 10th ( 2 days later), shipped on the 11th and delivered in the 12th. I am very unhappy with Poshmark. I want to return the purse. I have not opened the package. Poshmark rushed the verification thru the system and put it in the mail AFTER I cancelled my order on the 8th. Very unprofessional on their part.

polanco Hi...I’m sorry you are unhappy with the dress, It’s not good when someone is unhappy with their purchase, at this point there is not much I can do because you accepted the item. In the future when you purchase on Poshmark you can open a case to return, I usually always take a return, I don’t wait for Poshmark to decide.I don’t get too many returns but if someone is unhappy I will accept the return.
