belle_bottoms Sorry to hear about the sign...it had air bubble packing all around it...did the wooden part come loose from the tin part? or what was broken? The other sign you ordered you gave a 5 star and didn't mention it was broken, so I'm confused was both items broken? I will be happy to reimburse you if you would like...I really don't want a unhappy customer...let me know what I can do!
