mgkelle2008 Hi, I’m so sorry I packaged up your order and shipped it out to realize I sent the wrong item! 😞 I let Poshmark know what happened but I wanted to give you a heads up. They will contact you with info about how to return the wrong item to me so that if you still want the black cropped pants I can send the correct pair to you. So sorry again!

mds2766 @mgkelle2008 Hi, it's okay, mistakes happen. Is there any way to stop it before it reaches me? I have recently had 4 eye surgeries and will be having 2 or 3 more in the next couple of months....and I'm unable to drive right now. If I HAVE to, I can get a friend to take it to the post office, I just wanted to check to see if it could be stopped before it reaches me. And I am SURE that I DEFINITELY want the pair of black cropped pants that I originally ordered.

mgkelle2008 @mds2766 hi thanks for understanding. I was looking online and I can’t figure out how to reroute the package before it gets to you. It should be arriving today. I will try calling usps 1800 number to troubleshoot.

mgkelle2008 Hi so I reached out to the post office and tried package intercept. It’s $16 for the service plus shipping! Is it ok to do this through Poshmark because the return will be free? I think you could also request a return for the error and Poshmark might reimburse you for your purchase!

mds2766 Hi, do you have a pic/details on what you accidently shipped to me? Maybe it would be EASIER for me to just purchase that item too....unless you were supposed to ship it to someone else who already paid for it?

mds2766 Hi....I still haven't received the item you mailed by mistake...and I DO still want the item I originally ordered ~~ how can I we resolve this? I did send a message 6 days ago asking for a picture/description AND price of the item you mailed by mistake thinking it would just be EASIER to pay for that item....UNLESS someone else already purchased it & you sent it to me instead of them?? Please advise.

mds2766 @mgkelle2008 hi....SORRY....I have NO CLUE how this works. I am legally blind in one eye AND technologically challenged ~ which is NOT a good combination!! LOL!! Can you tell me if someone already purchased the incorrect capri's that you sent in error? If not, how much are they? I'm thinking it might be EASIER to just pay you for them & give them away then try to ship them back to you. I do still want the White Stag capri's that I originally paid for.

If they can generate a new shipping label for me I will gladly send you the pair you want. If not I can investigate the price to shipping to you so that you get the proper pair! I’m willing to take the hit on shipping if it’s around $5

mgkelle2008 @mds2766 the pair I sent is available for purchase. I think it would actually be cheaper to see how Poshmark resolves the case. They might let you keep this pair and just generate a new shipping label for me to send you the proper pair. If not I can see if there’s a cheaper option to just send you the proper pair! 😅

mgkelle2008 @mds2766 great news! This was my first shipping error on Poshmark (so that’s why I also didn’t know how to fix this🙃)! They are sending me a courtesy new shipping label. I will package up the PROPER pants and ship them out tomorrow! This way you don’t have to worry about the first pair I sent! Thanks for your patience and allowing me to make things right 😀 Feel free to donate them or give them to a friend

mds2766 @mgkelle2008 Are you SURE you don't want the first pants returned to you? Or tell me how much they were -- so I can pay for them? Poshmark did approve the return & emailed a prepaid return label to me, however, my brother broke my printer about 2 years ago and since I never really used it, I didn't bother replacing it. They said to mail them within 2 days to get my refund ~~ which I DON'T WANT -- I just want the orginal pants. LOL

mgkelle2008 @mds2766 ok I’m sorry I did confuse my notification from Poshmark. I emailed their costumer service starting that I don’t need a return just a new labor to ship you the proper pair. They want you to return the item then once I get it I can approve on the app and Poshmark will reimburse you your money. Then you would need to repurchase the pants. If this is too messy I can eat the shipping and send out your order separate from this return/ case.

mds2766 @mgkelle2008 I'm sorry I am just now seeing this. As soon as I got home from work yesterday, my cousin picked me up & we went to a fundraiser at a local church and I spent the night at her house. A local family lost their house Easter weekend due to an electrical fire and lost everything. I already donated the capri's you sent, along with a bunch of other clothes and houseware items for the mom and her 16 year old daughter. How can we proceed....I don't want you to have to "eat the shipping"

mds2766 @mgkelle2008 Or even lose money for the capri's. Can you bill me for the capri's I just donated....and include the shipping cost for them? Then the $18.67 I already paid would cover the original capri's I ordered? Would I have to "accept" the order so you could bill me for these other capri's?

mds2766 @mgkelle2008 I just went back & checked the Email Poshmark sent me on Sunday afternoon said I only had 2 business days to print the label & return the item or the label would be deactivated....so it's already too late anyway.
