I see you received your item and I am happy about that. But my gut told me not to even sell this item to you as someone brand new to Poshmark. I knew you would leave a low rating for the issues on the dress that were listed and pictured. I show pictures of the holes in the straps where I sewed the snaps in so there is no reason for the issues there.

The top is not stretched out as that is exactly how it came new. If there is any makeup on the inside of the top area I didn't see it before my final inspection and am sorry about that. It couldn't have been much as I almost never wear makeup. As for snags inside the dress I wouldn't see those as I never turned it inside out. But you will see how the sequins often stick to the garment. That does not make the dress look bad as you will never see it.

The tiny tiny little hole on the strap is in no way going to tear into a hole that will render this dress unusable and does not show through to the nude side. Or maybe I am not understanding what you were saying. I wore this dress with no issues and the small holes got no larger. One small stitch will fix the issue. You can see from the pics I included a picture of those small holes.

I hope none of this sounded rude, wasn't trying to be. Just trying to address the issues you mentioned in your review. I am very sorry you were unhappy with it and do believe the pictures showed the true nature of the garment. The top portion fit me great as I am a size small, it was even a little snug on me. But you can see on the mannequin that it is a blouson style fit (not form fitting). Hope you have better luck on Poshmark.

@mloweabq hi! I’m so glad you liked the dress. I’m sorry you didn’t have a complete 5-star experience. It sounds like the straps might just need to be relaxed from being folded in shipment. If you have a hand steamer that should work (or even hang it up in a hot steamy shower!) I hope this helps, thanks again for your purchase❣️
