I humbly apologize that the sweater I sent you has a hole in it. I obviously did not see it or I would never have sent it. Please accept my apology on that. I usually catch things prior to sending them and notify the sender in case there is some kind of defect. If you see something else in my closet you like, I will give you a deep discount to make up for this horrible error. I would never send out something that was truly bad and risk getting a bad star rating.
