I’m sorry you were not happy with your purchase and wish you had contacted me for a refund so we could have resolved any issues. I did not notice any rips or raggedy areas on this top so once again I apologize for your disappointment. I think all sales are final once the buyer accepts the item and the money has been transferred. The only thing I can think of as a means of showing my sincerity is to offer you a deep discount on something else if you see something you like....

I was shocked to see a 2 star rating for the skirt you just purchased & a comment regarding the packaging being ripped. I am so so sorry you were not 100% happy with your purchase. But I mail ALL my sales out wrapped in new tissue paper & in a brand new box. So if the box was ripped - I believe you may have a problem with your postal carrier.

The rating should be based on my communication with you, the speed to which I mailed it out & most importantly the actual item you purchased. Was it as described? Is there anything I could have done better as a seller? I genuinely value your comments & feedback, but if it is purely the package being damaged, there is definitely a problem with your postal carrier. I’m so sorry.

Now that I have read all these comments, I just have to ask... is there anyway you would reconsider your ratings for the purchases that just arrived & the packaging was damaged? I’m sure @yumagoldengirl feels the same as me. We take great pride in our merchandise & feel bad you didn’t receive it in the way we sent it out. But it appears that it was an issue with the PO, not us. We kindly ask you reconsider your ratings. Thank you!

@danileeoak.. one of the items in the list of rateable options was packaging. The survey is misleading if I only checked the option for shipping as an issue and you were told my problem was with the item itself.
I think the item is a 4 star item. I would have loved more pictures of the item. some brighter pictures.
