When I was getting a coat out of my closet yesterday, the attachable hood from the KUHL jacket had become attached to a sweater hung next to it!!!! I forgot all about the hood! marianroell I wish I could send a photo, however on Dec 15 it departed the Memphis TN facility and is in transit to the next stop. It says arriving later than expected but is in transit. I’m glad I asked you about it. It came right up when I did a tracking on it. Just to make sure the # is 9400109205568910677306.

sparrowsoul Hello, Mary. I received the Christy Dawn Bergen dress, and I just have to say, it’s really disheartening to pay as much as I did for it and have it come to me worn and not laundered. It wreaks of perfume and faint cigarettes, and there are some dried white, crusty stains on it. I will now have to pay to have it deeply dry cleaned. I’m not happy about this transaction at all, on top of the fact that it took twice as long to receive it as 2 other dresses I purchased from other sellers the same day

codygmary @sparrowsoul Good Afternoon, I am sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your purchase. The dress has maybe been worn twice and has been dry cleaned. As for the stains, I did not find any upon shipping the item. Cigarettes- I know for a fact that I do not smoke, nor does anyone that I associate with smoke either. Shipping - I cannot help that curtain situation. Unfortunately, everyone is going through a difficult time with receiving their packages in a timely manner.

sparrowsoul Yes, if that’s an option I’d like to return it. There’s no way it’s been dry cleaned. I hesitatingly tried the dress on and had the smell on me for the rest of the day, until I was able to shower. This is honestly the first time I’ve ever complained on Poshmark, but it really was profoundly unwearable the way it arrived. How do I return it?
