jasmine_cutie Hi Mary. We think we sent you the BOC sandals when you purchased the clogs on June 20th. I wanted to let you know about the error so we can correct it. You purchased the sandals on June 25th. The clogs were not available so I think that is where the error occured. I am going to cancel the order for the sandals you made on the 25th. I will ask Poshmark to refund you the $5 difference. I am very, very sorry.

pawfectcloset Hello Mary I just saw your message and I am wondering if it is tarnished and needs to be cleaned since it is silver. I have been wearing these myself for a very long time and have never had a problem but if you would like to throw it in an envelope and mail it back to me I will refund your money.

pawfectcloset I just contacted Poshmark support and asked them to send you a shipping label for the ring you are talking about. I am wondering if you have had a problem with any of the other jewellery or the other ring you purchased and if so will get them to send you labels for both orders so you can return them for a full refund

pawfectcloset I am also wondering if you used the silver cleaning cloth I enclosed to clean any tarnish as silver will tarnish and if you tested the ring with a magnet. If it is not silver a magnet will stick to it

pawfectcloset If you recall you purchased two separate toe rings in two separate orders and I contacted you to see if I could cancel them and do both orders as one and save you two shipping fees. I never heard back from you. I hope you get back to me so that you can ship the ring back to me and I can refund you. Trust me when I say the last thing we are here for is to try to rip anybody off and we are finding this most upsetting

pawfectcloset I have tested the remaining identical rings and they are definitely silver. I am assuming after wearing it for several weeks that you never took the silver cleaning cloth I enclosed with all your gifts and cleaned it when it started to tarnish as silver will. In 10 hours you have not answered me back to my offer if returning it to me for a full refund so I can test it also. Not many sellers will do that. Obviously you were looking for a reaction not a solution, “so sellers beware”.
