Hello, I am completely mystified as to the rating your gave your purchase from me. "Needs improvement on Shipping Time" when I SHIP THE SAME DAY? (Your 3/6 order got to your house on 3/9) And "Seller Response"? Response to WHAT? You never asked me anything. "Cleanliness"!? Unlike many Posher's, I wash every single item I purchase - often by hand if warranted....
