generationmarc Hello, when you have issues with orders please contact the seller first and seller for the most part are fine with accepting returns, please try to fix any problem before leaving bad ratings, I would gladly would have accepted the piece back and refund your money, now that you have rated there is nothing I could do. You can also ask for measurements prior to a purchase that way you can ensure the piece will fit yours not running large nor small. Thank you.

works4you @generationmarc I apologize for leaving a negative rating without checking with you first. I am very new to Poshmark and when I read their rules it was clear to me there was nothing to be done. All sales final! Fit issues don’t matter. It was not clear how I should proceed. Had I known you would work with me I would have certainly reached out. Now. I feel very bad and would like to edit my rating.

queen_bee8160 Hi Mary, I received the lovely J. McLaughlin dress today, thank you for shipping it promptly. However, there is an issue: while I appreciate the sentiment behind your incluuding candy as a thoughtful enclosure, I would advise you against doing this again as it melted :( I am attempting to launder the stain from the candy with Woolite on the delicate cycle. Fingers crossed as I need this dress to wear to a luncheon next week.

works4you @queen_bee8160 I am horrified that that happened!!! I thought the separate envelope that I put the wrapped candy would protect the dress which was itself also separately wrapped in tissue! I thought that was a lot of protection but apparently not enough...Of course that’s the end of the candy gesture! I’ve never had that happen to anyone else and I am deeply sorry. Let me know what happens with the dress and if you need a refund. I will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

queen_bee8160 I don't think the candy stains will ever fully come out but the fact that the dress has a paisley pattern it is not as noticeable as a solid.
