idahogirlthrift @maryl13 Happy to help! If you go to your news feed and go to comments, you should be able to see any messages left. However, it isn't uncommon for new members or newly listed items to get scam comments from people basically offering to buy your item outside of Poshmark and they give you an email address. maryl13 @idahogirlthrift Sorry to bother you again, but you’ve been very helpful. Good news! I have already made two sales and shipped. I wanted to let my buyers know, but am having difficulty with best way to communicate. What is the best process for letting my buyers know shipping status? Thank you!!

idahogirlthrift @maryl13 PM does not make communication between buyer and seller easy. You can try commenting on the item that has sold and tag the buyer by typing @thebuyersname (you should get a little drop down when you start typing and the buyers handle should show up). Truthfully though, as soon as the item is shipped and scanned the buyer will get an email notification from PM that it's tracking so they'll know it's on its way. Unless there's a delay, I wouldn't worry about it. :-)

maryl13 Can anyone help me? Just realized that all items I have for sale are showing in the app, but NOTHING shows up via the website. I went to edit some pictures, and my closet is empty. Thanks!

idahogirlthrift @maryl13 Hmmmm... that's a tricky one. Are you able to log in to PM on your laptop? If yes, it's possible that you unknowingly have some filters on. Just underneath where it will show you how many current listings you have, how many shares you've done, followers, etc. there could be a word with an x behind it (ie Womenxs x, or Men's x). The x is where you can click to remove the filter.

maryl13 @idahogirlthrift Thanks for letting me know you can see my closet. That’s a huge relief. I can sign on from my computer. That’s how I have been listing items. Only filter is (women x). I tried removing it, but it comes back. My closet shows 1 listing (meet the Posher), 12 followers, and 42 following. All incorrect numbers. My husband was able to see everything fine via Chrome on his tablet. I’m using a Microsoft laptop, but it won’t allow Chrome. So I think it’s a browser issue.

idahogirlthrift @maryl13 Tricky, tricky! Let's try a basic logout. Go ahead and log completely out of your PM account on your laptop. Then restart your computer and try logging back in. I use Chrome for my browser as well. What browser are you using, and is Chrome not something you could install on your computer? (and I'm not sure how much help I'm providing at the moment, but we'll get this figured out! The learning curve can be a little bumpy, but I promise it gets easier!!)

The good news is that it shows up for me., because when I go to your closet it's the 4th listing on the top row, and it shows up right away in a general search on PM. I'm guessing you have something accidentally selected on the left hand side of your closet. When you're in your closet, between where it shows how many followers you have and the first row of your listings... is there anything there?
