I’m sorry one last thing...they keep asking to send the product back do I can get a refund but I think u have to do something on your end like it ask has the customer return the item yet on ur end unless u talk to someone at poshmark them disregard what I ask u thanks

@marygentry709 Hi Im sooooo sorry I just read this. I think in order for you to get a refund they want you to send the broken necklace back to me. I just read the email. Unfortunately I hardly check my emails. I think they sent you a label so it should be no charge to you. That is my understanding and then when I receive it they will refund your money. I wish I could just refund it to you it would be so much easier lol.
