singsnsmiles @maryhannah340 Hello! I was packaging the dress and found a 1 inch seam separation at where the back of the sleeve meets the back of the dress. Would you like for me to ship, cancel, or substitute for something else in the closet? Anything under $16 I will substitute. Very sorry 😞

murielvonmuriel Hello! I ordered a Reformation dress from you that I believe was shipped to the wrong location then returned to sender by USPS. Poshmark notified me that they’ve sent you a new shipping label. Have you sent it out yet? And do you have a new tracking number?

maryhannah340 @murielvonmuriel Hello! I meant to reach out to you sooner I've just been in the middle of a crazy move. The tracking indicated you rescheduled delivery several times and then refused delivery. Can you offer an updated address or something else? I do not want to go through another 2 months of this.

murielvonmuriel @maryhannah340 @maryhannah340 they attempted once and never came back haha. I went online to request they come by again and they didn’t show I did it again but they never showed up. If you can only go through USPS, the best thing to do is try again and hopefully the stars align. I can larger signs on my door or something… my buzzer is broken I already have a sign asking them to call and they usually do.
