Hello-- I just wanted to touch base with you. You ordered a Christmas sweater from me in December. I don't know what is happening with the shipping. I keep looking at the tracking information and it just isn't moving. I sent the sweater the day after you ordered it so it should have been there before Christmas. I'm so sorry this is happening. Please feel free to open a case with Poshmark when you get it so that you can get your money back (if you want to).

@jensjunque Hello... Thank you for your message. I don’t understand why so many problems with the USPS shipping this holiday. Never experienced it this bad before. Usually takes 2-4 days and now it’s been weeks with no light at the end of the USPS service?? I’ll send an email to Poshmark but I haven’t had much luck contacting them in the past. Hi! Thank you for shopping my closet and for your purchase! Unfortunately I did not realize how heavy the picture was as well as the sandals have more weight to them than so thought. So in addition to trying to find a box to accommodate all three pieces it resulted in an overweight issue. These items are from my consignment shop and I reduced these pieces probably much more than I should have.

I really can not absorb the additional postage that is required to ship them as they are. So I’m trying to figure out how to fill the order to keep the shipping fee to the 5 lb. Limit. Do you need the boxes for the items or can I take the items out of the boxes to reduce the weight? Sorry for this inconvenience. I pride myself in 1 day shipping so I’m so sorry to keep you waiting.
