mcsalem Hi, I'm a newbie and I am the buyer for your counting puzzles. I reported a problem with the transaction and I didn't realize my only option was to return the item. As the rest of the puzzles are complete and in great shape, I don't necessarily want to return them, I just don't think I should be charged the full price when there are only nine puzzles and this was not indicated in the description. Any help you can provide for helping me understand what to do next is appreciated. Karen
