ednadca @mary_chavira hi, I think you put lot 52 instead of 252. If you track the package it says they return the package to the post office to verify the address.

ednadca @mary_chavira are you able to get it at the post office tomorrow before they try to deliver it? If it’s the wrong LOT number I don’t think they will be able to verify and redeliver the item.
