mcsavoie @swk57 hi there, sorry for the late reply, just getting back from an extended weekend. When I go over the items I pay close attention to quality, and call out any defects I find. I do remember looking at the outside and inside. It is possible I missed the sleeves when I checked the inner lining. I do declare flaws and defects when I find them.
