gemstone14kt Hi Mary, Thanks for the positive feedback, I am so happy you love your Swarovski! Lol, the magnets are very strong making this type of closure very secure, I encounter the same, lol. You need to hold one end steady and slide the longer rounded end up to open and slide down to close- do not pull. Practice with it when its off so you see how it connects.

catholicmom9 Wanted to let you know I did take your package to the post office today when I went to mail to additional packages to my customers they handed me package back for you because the date on the mailing label is not current because I was out of town and they said that it’s too far past the date 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️...so I contacted Poshmark to send me a current date label so I can put this in the mail tomorrow AGAIN ... sorry for any delay but this truly was out of my hands.
