superjillz Hi! I got your review for the tie. If you would like to return it, please open a case so that Poshmark can get you a return shipping label. It is always good to contact the seller first if there is an issue- most of us are willing to work with people :)

superjillz @cardplayingfool if you click on the button that is your name @cardplayingfool then it should pull up a bunch of different options. You click on “my purchases” then the item and it should pull up a page with like 4 options where you should find something like “problem with my order” and go from there :)

poshmarkbilly I am glad you received your tie. Regarding your comment, I reviewed my listing, the tie is listed as being black and cream. It does not refer to any brown. Sorry for any confusion.
