jalexiscloset @ma_taylor hi hun, I just realized I sent you the wrong Tommy jeans🙁..you can submit a claim to poshmark and maybe they will send a new mailing label so I can get the correct jeans to you at my expense...I’m so sorry..but I will do anything to make this right for you

jalexiscloset @ma_taylor yes doll, it was super early when I was putting your package together😞...i keep all of my jeans prepackaged in one bin and for some reason I thought those were the ones...it was until today when I realized you picked the darker wash Tommy’s, ugh I’m so upset with my self but I will totally make it right🌸

ma_taylor @jalexiscloset Hey! PM sent me a return label, but they say “for a full refund” all the items have to be returned. 🤔 Since I just need the correct jeans, not a refund on everything, I asked Support about it. Do you think if I send just the jeans back using the return label, it will work? I guess it depends how much control you get to have over the return/“refund” process. 🤷🏼‍♀️

jalexiscloset @ma_taylor hey hun, I wish we could just swap out the jeans...but follow what PM says. I think they wanted you to send back everything, they would refund you, then you could repurchase..that sounds more complicated than just swapping out the jeans..if they let you send back just the jeans, fabulous...if not, it’s ok we’ll start over🙁

So, the easiest way I think to do this will be to create a 3pc bundle reserved for you. Will that work, let me know and I can ship tomorrow🌷
