tammystroman @silverandbright. I ordered the green oval sterling ring back on Oct 8 and you mailed it to Britney Crouch in Commerce, Tx I finally got the package from her tonight. But the ring is not what I received. It is a silver chain with a rectangular silver bullion that has and eagle on it. How do I get this back to you and how do I get the ring I ordered. Thanks, Tammy

tammystroman @silverandbright I initially ordered the ring on the wrong account, cancelled it & then reordered it on the correct acct. Do you still have that ring? (I can message you on a post below the ring I ordered.) If you still have the ring, send it to me after you receive the necklace you sent me and then we're even. I will resend the necklace/pendant on Mon or Tues. Does that work for you?

tammystroman @silverandbright I ordered a ring from you in mid October. I recieved the wrong package, and promptly sent the wrong item back to you. I appreciate the shipping money that was refunded to me, but I still have not recieved the correct package that has been paid for. I would appreciate a response from you concerning the status of my order. I know it is the busy holiday season, but I would hope that as a business woman you would honor our transaction. silverandbright @tammystroman Hello and I am sorry not to get back to you. I initially did not understand what was going on with your ring. I checked my log and it says it had been delivered. I have reached out to Poshmark to have them check into this. I am very sorry, and will also check with the post office on Monday morning. Lately, it seems there have been a lot of unusual things happening with the mail. I promise I will check and get back to you in the beginning of next week.

silverandbright I also noticed that it was cancelled. I am trying to figure this out. I sat and thought and ask my coworker and I cancelled this due to the fact that we no longer had it here. We have 2 stores with a lot of inventory. Sometimes paperwork takes a bit of time to get to me. We, here at the stores also do layaway. That could be reason it got back to me later. I have others rings that are similar. I do apologize for the misunderstanding.

tammystroman @silverandbright As I said above, I initially ordered ring under wrong acct, cancelled that order & reordered it under a different acct Was mailed a chain/silver bouillon pendant, mistakenly, which I returned to you. You sent me the $4 it cost in shipping. I still paid for a turquoise ring that I havent recv'd. That is the only/exact ring I wanted. I dont want a different ring. I want a refund to the acct I purchased it from. I am very upset, disappointed & frustrated with your shop.

How do you think that was sent to me, if you say I didnt order anything! I want my money back, that I paid for the ring, that you never sent!

The same place you sent the $4 refund for me shipping back the silver chain/bullion pendant . I dont have her acct. linked to my poshmark, at this time. silverandbright @tammystroman First of all these are two different accounts that you are using. The other piece was ordered from a different website and the label was printed from there. We actually went back and forth on the price once and you got a cheaper price. I will check my credit account to see if there are funds with either of your account names. I take this to heart and make sure what is being shipped. I do not know what is happening but I will get to the bottom of this.

silverandbright As I said I went through all of my funding that takes care of mostly all websites and the is no money with your two account names for any ring. Once you cancelled it no money was transferred either way. I do not have anyone but you who ordered that ring and the cancellation. We have been in business for 41 years and always take care of our customers. Had I seen that we owed you money I would have refunded you right away.
