waffles_watson Hi, Mary Ann. Did you see my message about the jacket you purchased? I am incredibly sorry. I really don’t know how those marks got on it. The only thing I can think of is that something hanging next to it scraped the nylon fabric. Please take a look at the message on your bundle when you get a chance, and we can come up with a solution that’s satisfactory, whether that be canceling the order or adding something to it.
