lillyluvr222 Hi Mary Anne, I saw you rated me 4 stars & checked needs improvement on •item description •item cleanliness •packaging. You must have my package mixed up with another seller because it can’t possibly describe the replacement bag strap package I sent you! My item was immaculate, in perfect condition, nice clean packaging as always. There was nothing wrong with it. Maybe you thought it asked what I did WELL & have to take off a star to check them? I’ve read that confuses many buyers!
