shaibomb I’m unable to accept the fur coat and have contacted PM with details. There was something sticking out of the collar and when I went to pick it off the whole piece of fur came off along with a lot of others. Looks like the glue they used got old and isn’t holding anymore. Too bad as I really liked it. PM will contact you for your instructions. I can either return or dispose of it. I doubt it’s fixable. Sorry.
