After you accept receipt of an item, the screen should automatically show blank stars which allow you to fill in from 1-5, 1 being a very poor shopping experience and 5 being a very good shopping experience. I currently have a 5-star rating and love to see what my customers think. Also there is a “Add Comments” link at the top of the screen if you’d like to add a narrative!!😀
