I know that you are new to Poshmark and I have never encountered this before but, you need to go to your account and open your Purchases and accept the bag. It would be terrific if you could rate your experience with me. They have responded to me saying that Canada Post is to blame because THEY have not marked it as *delivered*. Thanks for your patience with my messaging you repeatedly. Brigit
