amandabelle2020 Dear Mary Jane, I was sorry to see your disappointment with the way you received your purchase from my closet. I am not sure what you are referring to as far as packaging as each item I send is carefully packaged in brand new tissue paper then taped with a personalized thank you card that is then wrapped in industrial weight packing paper and fitted to usps box. Did it arrive to you damaged 🤨?

amandabelle2020 Then there is the issue of shipping time...unfortunately you placed your order late Saturday afternoon and it could not be mailed until Monday. I did send it 2day priority...which brings me to your issue of unresponsiveness. I do not have a single message or comment from you 😬...did you inquire about the order?

amandabelle2020 Then there is cleanliness. This truly puzzles me. This jacket has never been worn. It has been hanging in my closet for 5 years because it was too small. So I am not sure what could be unclean? 😮

mseraspe @sreith2018 I'm sorry I made a mistake on your rating overall it's perfect I thought I'm pushing the button for ratings but it was for something to improve which I already corrected I am satisfied so far except some minor cosmetic of peeling off the leather in the zipper area which was not mention.but it's not that obvious.Thank you for your card too.appreciated😊

amandabelle2020 @mseraspe okay! I want you to be happy with your purchase. I have never received an unfavorable rating before and I couldn’t understand the comments. Thank you for taking the trash me to clarify. As far as the peeling, I did not see it. I guess the faux leather is just fragile from age. If you are not happy you can open a dispute with Posh and they will contact me. ☹️ I hope it’s not too bad.
