mimimcg I was out of town and just had the opportunity to open the box with the boots I purchased. One of them is completely shredding and falling apart inside. I am planning on contacting PM support and leaving feedback unless we can somehow handle this as I don’t want to give you a negative rating. I can send photographs if you’d like.

scarymsmary @mimimcg I honestly have no idea how they would be shredding as they seemed fine when I wrapped and packaged them. They’ve been stored in a box for a while and I looked them over when I took pics. They looked perfect outside and haven’t been worn except a couple times so it didn’t occur to me that would be necessary. I would definitely like to see pics for my own curiosity. I haven’t had to cancel/ refund a sale before so I can look into how to take care of this for you.

scarymsmary @mimimcg Yes, I saw them but took your word and contacted PM before I saw them. They aren’t “completely shredding and falling apart”. I see the INSIDE is which I had no knowledge of or I would NEVER have posted them. It sounds as if the ENTIRE shoe fell apart. I’m sorry this occurred but I was not aware there was an issue. They’ve been stored and it didn’t occur to me to look inside the shoe when the exterior had absolutely no flaws. Lesson learned.

scarymsmary @mimimcg As I said in a previous message, I do not know how to issue a refund on a completed sale so I have reached out to PM for direction on how to do so since the sale was marked as received and is well beyond the 3 day time frame. It states I should receive a response in 24-48 hours and I’ll be glad to take care of it as soon as I’m informed how to do it.
