I did get on Poshmark to correct it but I can not because of the 30 days is over. if you know a way i can change it to a five star I will. coachbozel warrant a "softer" approach. I am new to Poshmark and I am not a formible "Posher" like yourself. I only have about 70 listings and most are post at yard sale prices to get rid of. I do not buy and sell as my job. I bought a pair of sunglasses in September on Poshmark. Never did review did not know I was supposed to. Once I learned how easy it was I igured I would give it a try to get rid of some stuff at my house. I Novemeber my 3rd purchase ever was from you.

coachbozel yes the review was not what it should have been If I had been contacted by you earlier I would have realized that and changed it. But now 3 months later I can not. Since started selling I have read up on Posh etiquette. I now see how serious it is for some and I want to respect that. We all make mistakes and need to learn. I hope you do to by this message. I am not a rude person and want to respect other business. You asked me what I would think if shoe was on the other foot.

coachbozel If reviews would be as important as you imply they are by your message to me, I would make a point of taking time as a part of my business plan to to go over all my reviews in a timely manner and kindly ask those giving me a bad review what I could do better, or in my case what was it that was expected that the buyer gave a poor review. All of your negativity could have been avoided if you had done this and I also would have learned quicker how important reviews were.

If handled differently and more professionalism I probably would have searched your closet on a regular basis as a thank you.
