mbthill @dsang Thanks for the warm welcome! :) I guess I'm just confused on how I will know when someone has bought my item I've posted? Will I get notified or do I have to accept them first before they can buy whatever it is?

dsang @mbthill if someone buys an item at full list price Poshmark will send you a notification to ship the item, you do not have to approve it. If someone makes an offer you can decide whether to decline, accept or counter offer. Offers are the only time you have to review. I hope this helps! 💕🙂

mbthill @twposh Hi, I have a question! So when someone makes me an offer and I tell them that I'll take that offer from them, what are the next steps? Where do you get boxes to ship the items? How do we get their shipping info to send it to them? How does their money make it to me?

twposh @mbthill Hi Mary! These are great questions! 1. Following your sale (in this case, following your acceptance of the other Posher's offer), you should receive an email from Poshmark entitled "Your First Poshmark Sale - Next Steps". 2. You should get the boxes from USPS (Priority Mail - they are free of charge). 3. Poshmark will send you their shipping info in the form of a shipping label, which you are print out. 4. Package and send your item.

twposh @mbthill 5. When your buyer receives their item, they have a few days to accept it. After their acceptance, Poshmark will ask you how you would like to get paid. The two options are a direct bank deposit and a check 😊 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions!! 💕❤

mbthill @dsang Hi! :) I have another question! So if I buy, say a pair of Jean shorts from someone, and I'm taking a chance on whether the shorts will actually fit me or not. Once I receive them and if they possibly don't fit me, I can return them back to her without paying for anything, correct? Also, if the shorts don't work for me, will Poshmark give me a shipping label to send them back to the posher who sold them to me?
