pouderpuf Maryann. This is Linda and I am so truly sorry about you only receiving the hat when the scarf was supposed to be included. I had a friend help me out that day and she mixed up the shipping labels. Please-of course-keep the hat at no cost and accept my sincere apologies. I am so truly sorry and would like to make it up to you in some way. Is there anything else under $15.00 that you would like. I will send it to you at no cost. I am so disappointed with myself for the order being incorrect.

annieseclectic Hi! I received your order for the hat and scarf set. I have the mailing label to ship it to you. I will ship it on Friday as I'm at the hospital with my husband. He just had his second shoulder replacement and has a history of blood clots so he has to stay in the hospital for a couple of days. I emailed posh and told them I do not want the hat. I absolutely love the hat and really wanted it...I even gave the seller 5 stars because I really do love it.

annieseclectic But honestly if I have to go through what I did to get the smell of cigarette smoke out of the hat that I did the set I just don't want it. Unfortunately I wasn't notified that it was a mistake until after I had the order for several days and had already tried every method under the sun to get the smell out. I apologize that you will not be receiving it new in the package. But rest assured it is in perfect condition and hopefully all of the smoke smell is gone!

Great customer service for her but not the customer that has accepted and paid for an order she won't receive. Don't worry though, I'm shipping the set to her and she can keep the hat. I'll chalk this up to a learning experience. Check the sellers about me page first! I would have seen your "smoke free home-NOT" sign 😡

If the smell of cigarettes was that bad you would probably have closed the box back up. I'm truly sorry and guess I'll have to take it as a learning experience myself.
