mjdinat @candyhill89 yes absolutely! You stated the size incorrectly. You stated 6-9 months and the item arrived was 3-6 months. My granddaughter is too big for that size which means it was money thrown away. Would you like it returned to you? I am happy to take a picture of the size tag on the item to show you.

candyhill89 @mjdinatOnce the funds are released to the seller, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. If you receive your order not as described, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by opening a case with us within the app. To open a case Step 1: Go to the Account Tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Click on the item you purchased Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry and complete the dispute reporting process. That is what I found. Hope it helps!

pankhuree @mjdinat you were very much aware of the size of the bottles for the cream and the hand wash. Both were stated clearly in the listings. Along with the pictures of the actual item. I accepted your offer although I didn’t make anything in it. Still you rated me so low for a $16 item. This is really pathetic and not acceptable. Both the items are brand new.
