Hey everyone! I’m Marykate! A little about me: I grew up in upstate New York and am based out of Denver right now. I love to play sports, bake, and cuddle with my doggo! I started reselling as a way to help pay for weekly expenses in college (food, gas, etc). I only sell items that are currently in style! I sell my favorite brands including ALO Yoga, Athleta, Lululemon (limited supply), Nike, Adidas, The North Face, etc! I just started selling other brands such as Victorias Secret, Reformation, Good American, Mother, etc. Please make offers on any items but try not to lowball on those name brand, NWT items. sfuerstenau What kind of workouts do you do? I do workout videos and eat like one meal a day. Just curious how you stay fit cuz I try and fail. Any advice would be helpful!

fitandstrong @sfuerstenau of course girly!! Cardio is key to staying slim whereas strength is more so toning up. I do a combo! I start my workouts running between 1-4 miles. (1 mile is a fast pace, 4 miles is a slow pace). Then I do a short circuit every day exercises (hip bridges, planks, and pushups) to get a toned booty, abs, and arms! In addition, I alternate days of doing legs and arms. I always take Sunday’s off from all exercise! Does this help?

sfuerstenau @fitandstrong totally!! How do you stay motivated? I’m always so tired after I come home from work. I work in a pharmacy and we run around all day.

fitandstrong @sfuerstenau okay!! So I would do less cardio and more toning. It’s quicker! Depending on what time you work, I recommend starting you day with a workout. I would do 6am workouts before my day started and it really helped! Keeping thin is 90% diet and 10% activity. Staying fit and strong is 50/50

sfuerstenau @fitandstrong I think that might be part of my problem. I’m only 5’3 so I feel like I gain weight after eating anything at all. How many times a day do you eat and what’s like a typical day of meals and drinks for you? I appreciate all of the advice!

fitandstrong @sfuerstenau try intermittent fasting! Also less carbs, more protein. Protein keeps you full for longer. Honestly everyone is built differently, some people have to work a lot harder than others to reach a desired “body”. Different workouts are great for different body types, height, and goal.

sfuerstenau @fitandstrong for me it’s my arms and stomach. Those are the things I’m trying to work on the most cuz I’m so short, I feel like my arms are super flabby and my stomach seems huge 🤷‍♀️
