joanellen7 My 2 items u bought from me are in excellent condition they are brand new with tags, the coach key chain has tags an is new with box, the Kate Spade hat is brand new with tags bothe in pristine condition! I've been a seller an buyer for almost 2 years! Never had a problem! You have no listings! I have many my reputation on here is excellent!

sparklehorse26 @joanellen7 This isn't a question about your past reputation. Nor is it about an item being sold with tags. This is simply an issue of you as a seller NOT listing the colors of the item. I choose to be a buyer, not a seller. You choose to sell. You sold me two items. Both were advertised as being leopard print. When they both arrived, I, as the buyer found

sparklehorse26 @ joanellen7 that one was described and pictured fantastically. The other was not. I ordered brown leopard print items, and while the key chain was perfectly brown leopard, the hat was a dim gray print that was definitely NOT brown leopard print. You did NOT post that the colors were gray and white.

sparklehorse26 @joanellen7 That was your mistake as a seller. Had you properly posted your item with colors, as MOST sellers do, I would NOT have purchased the grey hat from you, and you would not be in this current predicament.

joanellen7 @sparklehorse26 the hat is beige and brown u must be colorblind an both items are beautiful , your buying on a site withlimited sizes an colors being shown! You should have asked more questions! That's what people do ask questions! It's not the mall, u got a great deal ur just being picky an rude! I'm done now. Good luck😬

joanellen7 The base color is beige an leopard part is blk an brown. And all leopard prints are different ! I am concerned about my items they should be exactly as pictured for when they arive in the mail to me,both items! You have not been on this site , u need to ask questions the pics are take by regular people not photografers! I never had a problem with any of my 2000.00 or more customers!
