@wonkysmom I am just gonna give it to my 5 or 6 year old. i bought it for work. it is not defective just not my size. so a kid of my will most def be able to use it .. no worries.

sorry for the problem. it was displayed on a junior mannequin, belonged to my 15 yr old granddaughter and when I read the tag I listed based on that info.
